A Tale Of a Penyu

Tortoise, whom carry a big heavy shell on its back,a shell that is a second home to any turtle, is said never to leave home, no matter how hard the tortoise trying. Some say that the god Jupiter punished the turtles because the turtles are very lazy and prefer to stay home and not go to weddings godJupiter, although the god Jupiter was specifically invited.

After many years, the turtle began to hope that for once he could attend the wedding.When he saw birds flying happily in the sky and how the rabbits and squirrels and all kinds of animals with nimble running, he was eager to be nimble as other animals. The tortoise was very sad and discontented. He wanted to see the world as well, but he has a house on his back and his feet are too small to be dragged, drag while walking.

One day she meets a pair of ducks and told all the problems.

"We can help you to see the world," said the duck. "bite this stick with your teeth,hold it,and we will fly you over this beautiful land,so that you can see the world. But remember! you should keep quiet and not try to speak or you will regret."

Tortoise is very happy. He quickly held the stick tightly to the teeth, a pair of ducks holdthe edge of two ends of the timber to his mouth, and fly up into the clouds.

After awhile, a crow flying across them. She was very impressed with what he saw and said:

"You certainly the king of the turtles!!!"

"yes! without doubt! haha*arrogantly*......" said the tortoise .

But as he opened his mouth to speak, he lost grip on the stick and fell down, where he eventually hit on rocks in the soil.and died tragically.

So the moral is.... Stupid curiosity and vanity(arrogant) often causes bad luck.
